These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jiliq platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any jiliq services. By accessing jiliq, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiliq ("jiliq," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing the jiliq platform, or using any jiliq services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the jiliq platform.
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the jiliq website, mobile platform, and any related services offered by jiliq (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with jiliq and accept these Terms without reservation.
1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jiliq's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jiliq.
1.3 jiliq reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 The jiliq Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 The Platform is available to residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiliq complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. jiliq makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 jiliq reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.4 Individuals who are employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of jiliq, or immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
Age Restriction: Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the jiliq Platform. Underage accounts will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds deposited by underage users will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from gameplay, in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 To access real-money gaming features on jiliq, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) jiliq account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliq Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify jiliq immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. jiliq may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
3.5 Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your jiliq account — is prohibited. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.
3.6 jiliq reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon detection of suspicious activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process and to provide all requested documentation promptly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliq Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
5.1 jiliq accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliq reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
5.4 jiliq does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.5 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for jiliq's operational expenses. Your account balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the jiliq account dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
6.2 jiliq aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
6.3 jiliq reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
6.4 Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.5 jiliq reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
7.1 jiliq may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. jiliq reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus hunting, or otherwise acted in bad faith.
7.4 Only one bonus may be active on a jiliq account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless the applicable promotion terms expressly permit combination.
7.5 jiliq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.
8.1 All games available on the jiliq Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, ensuring that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by jiliq or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
8.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel. jiliq does not modify RTP settings beyond those established by the game provider.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiliq's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding the outcome of any game round. jiliq will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and promptly.
8.4 jiliq reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been affected by a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

10.1 All content on the jiliq Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of jiliq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without jiliq's prior written consent.
10.3 The jiliq name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiliq. You may not use any jiliq trademark without prior written permission.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jiliq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jiliq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliq's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 You may close your jiliq account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
12.2 jiliq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) you have provided false information; (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to jiliq, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jiliq reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliq Platform shall first be submitted to jiliq's customer support team for informal resolution. jiliq will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
14.1 jiliq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the jiliq Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
